WHAT TO EXPECT

STEP 1: INQUIRE

Our normal client process is the best way to stay organized to help you. Once you’ve inquired, we can establish great and speedy communication so you’re not left wondering. We always like to Set up Calls because we genuinely customize our films and we want it to be perfect for YOU. So check your inbox, and lets chat further 🙂

STEP 3: FILM

We arrive at least an hour early to your wedding location to get situated and familiar with the location and your wedding party. We typically work in tandem with the photographer and may jump in at moments to get the motion poses we want for the film! That means you’ll want some extra cushion time during your portrait sessions so we don’t have to rush.

STEP 2: PLAN

We will send you a questionnaire to fill out that asks all about the details of your special day! We will then create our own itinerary and make sure the we know about EVERYTHING that you want captured. We then review that itinerary during a pre-wedding consultation call.

STEP 4: WATCH & SHARE

Our personalized galleries are easy to watch, download and share. Put them on the big screen to enjoy with the family, or play them on your phone while you sneak away at work. Easy enough for grandma to watch, cool enough to get everyone to heart.

What are your rates?

The nature of each project varies immensely, so we provide custom quotes individualized for each project. Please complete our contact form and we will get back to you!

Do you travel?

YES! We love getting out of Moorhead, MN! We have filmed weddings anywhere from Las Vegas to Minneapolis and beyond! We do charge travel fees that vary with location and package.

How long will it take for my videos to be completed?

It usually takes about 4-6 months from your wedding date to receive your videos, although timelines vary depending on order influx and demand.

How should I plan & prepare for a wedding videographer?

Typically we work extremely closely with the photographer, but we do create our own videographer specific itinerary around your most detailed itinerary as your wedding date approaches.. We only ask that you allow 10 additional minutes in one or both of your couples portrait sessions so that we can get motion poses in addition to the posing that your photographer does!

Are packages customizable?

Yes! We offer a wide variety of add-ons such as full edits (that is, a video from start to finish) of your first dance, bridal party entrances, and even engagement sessions! Please contact us for more information!

How do I access my wedding film(s)?

We deliver your wedding films in what we like to call, your own personal wedding “Netflix.” Your videos will all be delivered in a personalized gallery that has you own, custom URL to allow for easy sharing and downloading.

Do you live stream events?

Yes! Live streaming can be added to your package for an additional fee.

What is a retainer fee?

A retainer fee is a non-refundable payment that reserves your date and ensures that you will have videography coverage of your date.
